RA Minister of Territorial Administration Hovik Abrahamyan and
Governor of Rostov region of Russia Vladimir Chub will sign a memo,
which will define the future directions of development of trade and
economic and humanitarian cooperation between Armenia and Rostov.
To remind, the Armenian delegation headed by Hovik Abrahamyan had
left for Rostov in the framework of the Year of Armenia in Russia.
