TKACHOV: NO XENOPHOBIA IN KRASNODAR REGION’

Answering questions of Armenian journalists whether the region
struggles against racial intolerance, Aleksander Tkachov, governor of
Krasnodar region of Russia, said that there is no xenophobia in the
region and “the rumors are too exaggerated”. He said that there are
more than 300.000 Armenians in the region who are engaged in business
and other spheres. “The Armenians live in the best places: Sochi Anapa,
Gelenjik. There can be no question of xenophobia”, he concluded.
