La Croix Bleue des Armeniens de France et les Alfortvillais rendent
hommage aux femmes armeniennes

Quel symbole pour commemorer un evenement grave ? La ville
d’Alfortville a decide de planter un arbre de la memoire dans le cadre
du Centenaire du genocide des Armeniens. En 1915, prÃ¨s d’1,3 millions
de personnes etaient massacrees dans l’ancien Empire ottoman. La
ceremonie a eu lieu ce samedi a 10 h 30, place de l’Europe.

Le PÃ¨re Keledjian de l’Eglise armenienne d’Alfortville a beni l’arbre
et un choeur des enfants de l’ecole franco-armenienne a chante. La
Croix Bleue des Armeniens de France a voulu particuliÃ¨rement rendre
hommage aux victimes femmes.

Ã€ 11 heures, la place de l’Europe a ete inauguree par le Maire Luc
Carvounas
