AZERBAIJAN’S RELIGIOUS LEADER MAKES ANTI-ARMENIAN PROVOCATIVE STATEMENT

YEREVAN, MARCH 30, ARMENPRESS: The Chairman of the Caucasian Muslim
Office (CMO), the Azerbaijan’s religious leader Sheikh-ul-Islam
Haji Allahshukur Pashazade made another anti-Armenian provocative
statement. Armenpress reports, citing APA news agency that Pashazade
stated: “There are some religious extremist forces and movements
against us. They are somehow related to Armenia. They come to
Azerbaijan under the guise of Takfiris and others”.

With the anti-Armenian provocation the Azerbaijan’s religious leader
again confused his own people, stating that Islamic sects supposedly
function in Armenia.
