CINQ MOIS DE DETENTION DE PLUS POUR LEYLA YUNUS

AZERBAIDJAN

Le 18 fevrier le tribunal de district de Nasimi a prolonge de cinq
mois supplementaires la periode de detention provisoire de la militante
des droits humains Leyla Yunus

C’est Eltchine Gambarov, son avocat qui a donne l’information. Selon
l’avocat, la decision a ete prise de prolonger la periode de detention,
sur la base de la recommandation de l’organisme d’enquete.

Leyla Yunus, directrice de l’institut de la paix et de la democratie,
a ete arrete le 30 Juillet l’annee dernier et place en detention
provisoire pour trois mois. Le 24 Octobre la periode de detention
a ete prolongee de quatre mois supplementaires. Le 28 Fevrier, sa
periode de detention devait expirer.

La militant des droits de l’homme est accusee de trahison et de fraude.
