Azeri leader off to capital of Russia’s Tatarstan to attend CIS summit

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has left for Kazan to attend the summit
of CIS heads of state, Azerbaijani ANS TV has reported.
Aliyev will have a meeting with Armenian President Robert Kocharyan to
discuss the Karabakh problem, it said.
