ARMENIA, BELARUS TO CREATE WORKING GROUPS FOR COOPERATION IN MEDICINE
YEREVAN, February 3. /ARKA/. Armenia and Belarus will set up special
working groups for development of their cooperation in medicine, the
press office of Armenia’s ministry of health reported, following the
meeting of the minister Armen Muradyan with his Belarusian counterpart
Vasily Zharko in Minsk.
The groups will be headed by the deputy ministers of health of the
countries, according to the report. The sides discussed pharmaceutical
policy related issues and said Belarus achieved commendable success
in transplantology.
The ministers also considered the possibility of an Armenian-Belarusian
healthcare forum. Muradyan invited his Belarusian colleague to Yerevan.
As part of their visit to Minsk, the Armenian delegation has been
to the Transplantation Center and discussed issues related to the
large -scale government program for development of the field, says
