LIMITED RESOURCES MAJOR PROBLEM – EXPERT

Expert in information security Tigran Kocharyan has commented on this
year’s developments at a meeting with reporters on Tuesday.
He dwelt on the August tensions and on unprecedented attacks on the
Armenian information environment.
Attacks were attempted after the Armenian helicopter was shot down,
but Armenian mass media were better protected.
As regards achievements in information war, Mr Kocharyan said:
“Limited resources are our major problem. But we show a high quality
and know how to use instruments effectively.”
Mass media now can meet challenges.
