Vice-Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament Bahar Muradova expressed
strong protest today in connection with a trip to Washington by
the ruling elite of Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as celebrations in
Congress in connection with the 23rd anniversary of the proclamation
of independence from Azerbaijan by the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
As Muradova stressed, these events can be treated only as support for
an attack on the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Republic
of Azerbaijan in violation of the principles of international law,
