Le president armenien Serge Sarkissian a donne une interview au
New York Times, dans lequel il a egalement aborde la question des
genocides.

Selon Serge Sarkissian, la commemoration du 100e anniversaire du
genocide armenien est une etape importante vers la reconnaissance et
la condamnation internationale, mais ce n’est pas un point final. Elle
marque un nouveau depart dans le cadre des efforts conjoints pour
empecher l’histoire de se repeter.

Dans l’interview le President Sarkissian a egalement parle des efforts
de règlement des conflits et notamment du Haut Karabagh et d’autres
questions d’interet pour l’Armenie. Il a en particulier souligne
que l’Armenie est contre les lignes de partage dans le monde et se
considerait comme un pont entre la Russie et l’Occident.
