‘Hraparak’ writes that ex-agriculture minister, member of
ARF-Dashnaktsutyun Party David Lokyan may replace Armenian Gevorgyan
as deputy prime minister of Armenia and minister of territorial
administration. According to the paper, Armen Gevorgyan may be
appointed as secretary of Armenia’s National Security Council.
