Sarkis Ananyan (born in 1961) detained in Kemerli (Gazakh District,
Azerbaijan) on August 26 has been returned to Armenia at Bala Jfarli
(Gazakh District) today, Trend reports.
The Azerbaijani state commission for prisoners, missing people and
hostages, the Defense Ministry and the IRCC organized Ananyan’s return
to Armenia.
