‘Chorrord Ishkhanutyun’ paper says that three non-government
parliamentary parties – Armenian National Congress (HAK), Prosperous
Armenia (BHK) and Heritage Parties will hold rallies in Armenian
provinces until October 30, after which a rally is scheduled in
Yerevan. According to the paper, BHK representative Naira Zohrabyan
will leave for Strasbourg to attend a session of the PACE so Vartan
Oskanyan will make a speech instead of her.
