Monitoring Desk: Putin may play mediator role as tension between
Azerbaijan and Armenia intensified. Armenian media reports that
presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan are meeting Russian President
Vladimir Putin in Sochi.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev claimed that Armenian Army
has razed the city of Agdam to the ground. Tension intensified in
Nagorno-Karabakh–a disputed land between the two countries.
