Heritage Party secretary Stepan Safaryan, commenting on the amended
pension law, told Zhamanak’s correspondent: “The approval of the law
in this form on the instruction of Hovik Abrahamyan’s government bears
evidence to the fact that there has never been a goal to change the
government and its policy.”
He expressed a conviction that the “four non-government factions
became a decoration for reshuffles within the government.”
