Baku. Anakhanum Idoyatova – APA. French President Francois Hollande
will revisit Armenia on April 24, 2015 to attend the events on the
100th anniversary of the ‘Armenian Genocide’.

The statement came from French president at a joint press conference
with his Armenian counterpart, APA reported.

“My participation in these events will be an attempt to build peace
and tranquillity. At the same time, it’ll be a message to the world
that such genocides would never happen again”, he stressed.

As for the Turkish PM’s message to Armenians, Francois Hollande said
his country is looking for positive points in this message.

“Of course, the main issue is that these plunders should be regarded as
genocide. And the only way of solution is to recognize the genocide”,
he said.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
