The presidents of Abkhazia and South Ossetia met yesterday in Gagra,
Russia. Sergey Bagapash and Eduard Kokoyti signed a memorandum of
military cooperation development. The presidents of two other
unrecognized states in CIS — Nagorno Karabakh and Transdniestria —
did not participate in Gagra meeting.
