YEREVAN, February 17. /ARKA/. Celebrated French-speaking singer
Particia Kaas will give a solo concert in Yerevan o March 9,
Novosti-Armenia reported referring to
Kaas will perform her Kaas Singing Piaf program.
The concert will be held in Sports and Concert Complex after Demirchyan
in Yerevan. Ticket costs range from 5,000 to 50,000 drams (from 12
to 121 dollars), according to the report.
Kaas is a very successful French-speaking singer, with an International
following. Stylistically her music is not classical chanson, but is
closer to a mixture of pop music, cabaret, jazz and chanson.
Since the appearance of her debut album Mademoiselle chante… in 1988
Kaas has sold over 16 million records worldwide. She had her greatest
