DIPLOMAT TO DEVOTE EXPERIENCE TO DEVELOPMENT OF ARMENIA-THAILAND RELATIONS

YEREVAN. – Thailand’s new Ambassador to Armenia, Itti Ditbanjong
(diplomatic residence in Moscow, Russia), on Tuesday presented his
credentials to President Serzh Sargsyan.

Sargsyan congratulated the diplomat on his appointment, and expressed
the hope that Ambassador Ditbanjong will devote his experience and
capacity to the strengthening and development of relations between
Armenia and Thailand.

The interlocutors concurred that there is great potential for
collaboration between the two countries.

In terms of the development of Armenian-Thai trade and economic
relations, the President and the ambassador specifically considered
jewelry, agriculture, culture, tourism, and several other domains to
be promising.

Ambassador Itti Ditbanjong assured that he will do everything possible,
during his years of tenure, to achieve closer inter-state ties and
strengthen the friendship between the two peoples.
