GEORGIAN ARMENIAN DIOCESE TO RECEIVE FINANCING FROM GEORGIAN STATE BUDGET

>From now on the Georgian Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church
will get financing from the Georgian State budget, Georgia’s Prime
Minister Irakly Gharibashvili declared today.

The Catholic, Muslim and Jewish communities of Georgia will also
receive financial assistance.

Only the Georgian Orthodox Church was being financed from state budget
up until now.
