YEREVAN. – Negotiations on Karabakh ended in a fiasco from the moment
when Madrid principles were signed, says head of Heritage
parliamentary faction.
Zaruhi Postanjyan said that no progress has been registered in
Karabakh peace process.
The meetings of Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents are imitation, the
basis for the ruling regimes of two countries to remain in power,
Postanjyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
`In both countries the government does not enjoy public trust while
such meetings allow creating the illusion of action aimed at resolving
the Karabakh conflict,’ she resumed.
