Bako Sahakyan visits Askeran region

Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited Askeran region on January 4.

The President met with residents of Sardarashen village and discussed
the current issues the community faces and projects to be implemented
there.

Special attention was paid to the amelioration of water supply system,
modernization of infrastructures and tourism development.

President Sahakyan noted that everything possible will be done for
solving the existing problems, simultaneously highlighting the
necessity of activating grassroots initiatives.

National Assembly Speaker Ashot Ghoulyan, Deputy Prime Minister Arthur
Aghabekyan and other officials accompanied the President during the
visit, the President’s press service reported.
