L’Armenie a besoin de professionnels de la construction a haut
rendement energetique selon Mkrtich Minasyan, chef de l’Union des
Architectes d’Armenie.

Les technologies economes en energie et materiaux de construction ne
sont pas frequemment utilisees en Armenie.

” Il ya une demande pour de tels bâtiments, mais il n’y a pas d’ecole
de professionnels correspondantes ” a explique Mkrtich Minasyan.

Selon lui, l’autre problème est que l’efficacite energetique des
technologies augmentent le budget de construction ” [et] cela repousse
