EMISSION DE LA POSTE ARMENIENNE SUR JOHANNES LEPSIUS ET JAMES BRYCE A L’OCCASION DU 100EME ANNIVERSAIRE DU GENOCIDE ARMENIEN

A l’occasion du 100ème anniversaire du genocide armenien, la Poste
armenienne a emis le 16 août une serie de deux timbres consacrees aux
personnalites etrangères qui se sont engages et condamne le genocide
armenien. Le premier timbre, d’une valeur de 280 drams est dedie au
pasteur allemand Johannes Lepsius (1859-1926).

Le second timbre est dedie d’une valeur de 330 drams est dedie au
diplomate britannique James Bryce (1838-1922). Chaque timbre de la
serie est emis en 40 000 exemplaires.
