Man that crossed Armenian border is handed over to Turkey

The Turkish citizen, who violated the Armenian boundary from Turkey’s
bordering Kars Province, is handed over to Turkey.

A. A., who crossed into Armenia from Kars’ Digor region, was initially
detained but subsequently handed over to the Turkish side, reports
Anadolu news agency of Turkey.

It is also noted that A. A. had psychological issues and, after being
handed back to Turkey, he was taken to Elazig city mental hospital.
