MEN USE INTERNET MORE IN ARMENIA

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 7, ARMENPRESS: 58% of the Armenian society has got
Internet accessibility. In Yerevan Internet is accessible to 60%
of the people and in the marzes – to 48%. As reported by Armenpress,
the Internet Society NGO carried out a poll among 1520 citizens of
the Republic of Armenia and presents the results.

By the way, the major part of the Internet users is men – 56,5%
and the women users make 43,5%.

The Internet users mainly read news, use the social networks and
messengers, listen to the music, watch videos and movies, check the
e-mails and get acquainted with the weather forecasts.

The poll was carried out from December 2012 to March 29 2013.
