RUSSIAN COACHES ARE LAZY AND THEY DRINK TOO MUCH ALCOHOL – VERHEIJEN

August 17, 2013

Well-known Dutch football fitness specialist Raymond Verheijen harshly
criticized the Russian coaches, Sovsport reports.

“Nothing will change as long as the Russian specialists are confident
that the training process should be built on the Lobanovskyi
principles.

“The Russian coaches are lazy and they think they know everything.

They finish their playing career and immediately become coaches
without undergoing any [relevant] training.

“They are unruly and drink too much alcoholic beverages.

“There cannot be any talk about a coaching education [in Russia],
since they receive a coaching license in Russia by bribe,” stated
Verheijen, who used to be the physical training coach of the Armenian
national football squad.
