ADVOCATE DOUBTS CHANGES ON SCENE BEFORE EXAMINATION
The court has approved the motion of Artak Budaghyan’s advocate Haik
Alumyan for double examination of traces of the bullet found at the
ex-governor Surik Khachatryan’s house, galatv.am informs.
Gala TV tried to find out the reason for the motion for double
examination but the advocate said that he cannot answer this question
because otherwise he will reveal a secret of investigation.
He only said that the conclusion of the expert caused doubts. By
the way, both Alumyan and Surik Khachatryan’s son’s advocate Ruben
Sahakyan had expressed dissatisfaction with the investigator.
The advocate will be present at the double examination. He has doubts
that the scene underwent changes after the investigator observed the
scene before the examination. “I do not rule out that the investigator
made some changes at the scene,” the advocate says.
