ZHOGHOVURD: AMD 1M SPENT ON BRANDY FOR ARMENIA’S FOREIGN OFFICE

Armenia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has spent AMD 1m of budgetary
funds on Armenian brandy.
Interestingly, according to the documents at the newspaper’s disposal,
Armenia’s Ministry of Territorial Administration is actually the
purchaser.
One more interesting fact is that the brandy was not purchased from
the producer, Pernod Ricard Company. Rather, it was purchased from
the Agulis Mek Ltd.
