`Cleaner Yerevan’ was at Paros Forest-Park

YEREVAN. – The next event of the `Cleaner Yerevan’ program was held
Saturday at Paros Forest-Park of the Armenian capital city.
In line with this program, which is an initiative of Yerevan Mayor
Taron Margaryan and includes volunteers, Saturday sanitary cleaning is
carried out at the public green spaces of the city for already a
month.
The result is satisfactory, said Karlen Ghazaryan, Head of the Yerevan
Municipality Utilities Department.
`Our expectations are justified. The residents, the organizations are
at our side today,’ Ghazaryan noted.
About 400 volunteers took part in Saturday’s sanitary cleaning at
Paros Forest-Park.
The next event of the `Cleaner Yerevan’ program will be held on August
3, and in the green public spaces around the Armenian Genocide
Memorial.
