HAYK ALUMYAN “ARTAK BUDAGHYAN’S AMMUNITION WAS NOT EVEN FULLY ASSEMBLED”

Artak Budaghyan’s attorney Hayk Alumyan informed the reporter of
“Factinfo” that during the incident next to the house of former Syunik
governor Surik Khachatryan, the ammunition of Artak Budaghyan even
did not contain bullets.
According to the attorney, Artak Budaghyan did not have cartridges
with him, “thus he could not shoot”.
The latter also said that the colonel’s weapon was not even fully
assembled, and according to Hayk Alumyan the facts are in the materials
of the criminal case.
