TURKISH TRANSPORT MINISTER: “ARMENIA CAN BENEFIT FROM BTK PROJECT WHEN IT LIBERATES AZERBAIJAN’S TERRITORIES”

Baku. Aynur Aliyeva – APA-Economics. Armenia can benefit from BTK
project when it liberates Azerbaijan’s territories, said the Turkish
Minister of Transport Binali Yildirim at the press conference within
the first meeting of Transport Ministers of Turkic Speaking Countries
in Baku.
According to him, Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway does not belong only to
Azerbaijan, Turkey and Georgia: “This line can be benefited by all
countries in the region. But Armenia must fulfill some obligations to
use this line. Armenia must withdraw from Azerbaijan’s territories,
settle the problem completely, learn the value of living in peace.
Then they can participate in the east and west integration”.
