REMNANT OF SAINT STEPHEN TO BE TAKEN TO NAMESAKE CHURCH IN ARMENIAN VILLAGE

Sunday is day of pilgrimage to Surb Stepanos (Saint Stephen) Church
of Chknagh village in Armenia’s Aragatsotn Region.

On this occasion, the remnant of Saint Stephen the Protomartyr,
which is kept at the museum of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin,
will be taken to Surb Stepanos Church.

During the Holy Liturgy at the church, the faithful will get an
opportunity to connect with the remnant of the saint and to receive
a blessing.
