L’observatoire arménien de Byurakan (ou Piuragan) a intégré le groupe
World Data System (World Data System-WDS, )
confirmé par l’International Council of Scientific Unions-ISCU. Ainsi
de nombreuses données et observations des astrophysiciens Arméniens de
l’observatoire de Byurakan seront en ligne sur le site dédié aux
membres. Les travaux des scientifiques Arméniens pourront ainsi mis à
la disposition de la communauté internationale de façon plus rapide et
efficace. En retour, les astrophysiciens Arméniens disposeront en
ligne les dernières informations de leurs collègues étrangers. Il fut
crée pour cela un site l’Armenian Virtual Observatory-ArVO.
