“Zhoghovurd” writes that 14 days have passed since the tragic incident
near the house of Syunik ex-governor Suren Khachatrian in Goris, but
no answer has been given to the main question: What was the cause of
the incident?
The paper says that Suren Khachatrian and his wife continue to claim
that an armed attack was carried out on their house. The father of the
killed Avetik Budaghian is in no hurry to shed light on the incident,
he waits for the end of the investigation. The Investigation Service
of Armenian Defense Ministry in the person of Military Prosecutor
Gevorg Kostanian stated the governor was unaware of the incident.
“It would be interesting to know why Budaghian brothers carried out an
armed attack on Suren Khachatrian’s house. By the way, it is unclear
what connection President of Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakian
had to the incident,” the paper says.
