R. Kocharian does not answer question about his comeback

Second Armenian President Robert Kocharian was among those present at
the consecration of the new Saint John Baptist Church in the city of
Abovian, Kotayk province. He declined to answer any questions. When
asked by a reporter if he intends to return to politics in 2018,
Robert Kocharian smiled mysteriously and said nothing.
The second Armenian president was accompanied by his wife, Bella
Kocharian. He greeted those present and familiarized himself with the
architecture of the church.
Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and Robert Kocharian, accompanied by
BHK leader Gagik Tsarukian, visited Saint John Baptist Church earlier
today. They spent a few minutes there, then the church doors opened
and the other high-ranking officials and guests entered the church.
