NAIRIT PLANT EMPLOYEES PROTESTING OUTSIDE GOVERNMENT BUILDING – VIDEO

Employees of Nairit plant, a major chemical enterprise in Armenia
that specializes in chloroprene rubbers and latexes production, are
staging a protest outside the government building demanding their
salaries of twelve months.

The protesters have been met by Alexander Ghazaryan, a senior
representative at the Government’s Department for Reception of Citizens
and Discussion of Petitions. a group of seven Nairit employees has
been invited to the government building to present their demands.

The angered workers say they will join the ranks of emigrants if they
do not get the wages of the twelve months.
