Since the election and re-election of Serzh Sargsyan have not gone
smoothly, he tries to do everything to be seen as a President.
The newspaper “Zhoghovurd” knew that on April 5, 4 days before his
inauguration, he signed a decree establishing a symbol of presidential
power in Armenia.These characters have the leaders of those countries
which are not so distinguished by their democracy, for example,
Russian President Vladimir Putin, President of Kazakhstan Nursultan
Nazarbayev. According to the decree of Serzh Sargsyan, the symbol of
presidential power is used during the inauguration ceremony, but in
other cases it is stored in the presidential residence.
