LARGE-SCALE EVENTS ON 98TH ANNIVERSARY OF ARMENIAN GENOCIDE PLANNED TO BE HELD IN GERMANY

YEREVAN, APRIL 3, ARMENPRESS: Different large-scale events on 98th
anniversary of Armenian Genocide are planned to be held in Germany. As
Armenpress was informed from Committee on Armenian Genocide operating
in Germany, commemoration ceremony of the victims of genocide will
take place in St. Maria Church of Berlin at 6:30pm, April 24.

Another event titled “Never again” will take place at 2:00pm-5:00pm
on April 27 in the center of Berlin. Central Council of Armenia
in Germany, Armenian community in Berlin and Union of Arameans in
Germany are the organizers of “Never again”. As Armenpress was informed
from Azat Ordukhanyan, Chairman of German-Armenian Central Council,
afterwards a wreath would be laid in the yard of Saint Louis Church
in Berlin, in the place of the memorial of the victims of Armenian
Genocide.

Besides, large-scale event is scheduled to be held on April 24 in
Frankfurt am Main: a wreath in the memory of Armenian victims will
be laid in front of Turkish Consulate in the city.
