End Of Criminal Era 2

END OF CRIMINAL ERA 2

Once we view the criminal world beyond the perception of a state in a
state but as a subculture and a rigid system of mores and aesthetics,
we will note that the dominance of this world in Armenia can be ended
only by people who are not part of it.

In this regard, the ongoing process in Armenia is an attempt to end
the criminal hierarchy and establish a horizontal system of government
instead. These efforts are expressed in the conflict between the
opposition leader Raffi Hovannisian and the odious governors of the
regions of Armenia.

Raffi Hovannisian has not lived in the Soviet system and the blind
recognition of the criminal hierarchy is something strange to him.

There are few people in the Armenian political system who do not
recognize the superiority of heads of criminal groups. Most people
who disagree to this try not to speak about it.

Raffi Hovannisian is challenging one of the vibrant representatives of
this rigid hierarchy, the governor of Syunik region Suren Khachatryan.

Therefore, the latter is so confused that first he threatened, then
he said nobody will forbid Raffi Hovannisian to go to Syunik and yet
he did not show up at their “appointment”. He could not put up with
the fact that someone is not in the hierarchy because the condition
of entering into government is obedience.

It is not accidental that when commenting on the murder of the head of
Proshyan village the governor of Kotayk region Kovalenko Shahgeldyan
described him as an obedient person. Perhaps he meant that the “system”
did not shoot at Hrach.

By the way, in the criminal hierarchy not everyone is a criminal. On
the contrary, there are a lot of ordinary people, even kind people,
but they must recognize the vertical government. and as soon as someone
pretending to a place in this system stops recognizing it, the system
looks funny and collapses. Now Surik Khachatryan looks funny.

He has been unable to defeat Raffi Hovannisian in their traditional
ways and the system left him naked.

There were opposition leaders who did not join the criminal hierarchy
before Raffi but they could not resist the temptation of becoming part
of it or did not enjoy public support. Now the criminal aesthetic is
no longer fashionable in Armenia. People express their opinion and
look at the government as a team of managers, not lords.

This is good ground for crushing the hierarchy of oligarchs and
monopolists. When superiority is no longer recognized, the system
collapsed. And the only platform of the life of the society – the
law – appears.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
