L. ZURABIAN: ARMENIA DOESN’T NEED SHAM DIALOG TODAY

The convention of a special session of the parliament presupposes
the availability of a document, but the ruling Republican Party of
Armenia does not submit any serious proposals, HAK faction deputy
Levon Zurabian stated in the parliament today.
He said the factions conducted today a discussion in connection with
the post-election developments, but the representatives of Heritage
Party were absent.
“The draft statement submitted by the ruling party does not propose
any solutions, but only contains obscure wordings about electoral
reforms. If the ruling party intends to achieve a compromise option
for overcoming the political crisis, it means that they are trying to
create an illusion of a dialog with the opposition,” Levon Zurabian
said.
According to him, the authorities are unconscious of the crisis in
the country.
