Raffi Hovannisian pays tribute to Spitak earthquake victims

The Heritage Party leader Raffi Hovannisian is visiting Armenian
provinces today.
On his way to the city of Spitak in Lori province, Raffi Hovannisian
visited the local cemetery and paid tribute to the memory of the
victims of the devastating 1988 Spitak earthquake.
No rally was scheduled in Spitak and Raffi Hovannisian headed toward Vanadzor.
