Gyumri’s Ex-Mayor’s son’s another scandalous act

Gyumri’s ex-mayor Vardan Ghukasyan’s son Spartak Ghukasyan saw another
scandalous act. He beat workers of illegally constructed gas station,
located next to residential houses in front of the Shirak
administration. The reason is that the building of gas station is
rohibited by the municipality and Spartak decided to pursue the case
because the police and the Mayor’s office are busy with elections.
Employees, in their turn, refused to work, as they have been called to
police for several times.

According to eyewitnesses, Spartak Ghukasyan shot into the air.
