Armenia’s government plans to create an Armenian-language digital
library.
The library is supposed to ensure access to materials pertaining to
Armenian studies both in libraries and on line.
Users will be able to download digital materials free of charge except
for cases listed by Armenia’s copyright law.
The National Library of Armenia will coordinate the work. Among
the priorities are written records, documents, specimens of special
historical and cultural importance, as well as documents on Armenian
studies.
