ANC – the only establishment that failed in Armenia, Eduard Sharmazanov says

The structure that has failed in Armenia is the Armenian National
Congress (ANC), vice speaker of Armenia’s parliament Eduard
Sharmazanov said referring to the statement of the ANC coordinator
Levon Zurabyan at the meeting with OSCE/ODIHR observers.
Zurabyan stated that the presidential elections have already failed in Armenia.
`I will tell the representative of the political force that appeared
in the margin of political events that if someone or something has
failed in Armenia it is the ANC together with its program,’ the
vice-speaker said in the press release.
During the meeting with observers Zurabyan said the elections may be
considered already failed as the issue of inaccuracies in the election
lists and the frauds have not been solved despite the PACE and OSCE
demands to solve the issues before the presidential polls.
