NO CHOICE FOR VOTERS IN ARMENIA

Armenia goes to the polls to elect a new president in February with
incumbent Serzh Sargsyan already looking like the winner.
The reason being that none of the seven opposition candidates offer
any serious competition.
His two main rivals both announced they were unwilling to stand,
a decision that looks set to hand Sargsyan a second term at the helm.
