PanARMENIAN.Net – Armenia will greatly benefit from Georgian Prime
Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili’s visit, a member of Republican Party
of Armenia (RPA) said.

“So far, Georgia has been trying to avoid any transactions with Russia,
which, in turn, negatively affected further development of ties with
Armenia,” Gagik Minasyan told a January 16 news conference.

The MP further hailed the new policy line of Georgian leadership,
with Ivanishvili’s visit to open a new page in Georgia-Armenia ties.

Georgian Prime Minister’s visit to Armenia is slated for January 17.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
