Bread Production In Armenia Falls 0.5% To 272,100 Tons Over 11 Month

BREAD PRODUCTION IN ARMENIA FALLS 0.5% TO 272,100 TONS OVER 11 MONTHS IN 2012

YEREVAN, January 10. /ARKA/. Total of 272,100 tons of bread was
produced in Armenia in January-November 2012, which was 0.5% less from
the analogical period in 2011, according to the National Statistical
Service of Armenia.

At the same time, the production of cereals dropped 8.4% to 656.7
tons versus 717.1 tons. Flour production climbed 51.9% to 212,500
tons within the reported periods.

According to the data, 12849,4 tons of confectionery was produced
in Jan-Nov (10.5% upturn from the analogical period a year earlier),
pasta- 3021,3 tons versus 3045,4 tons in the analogical period (0.8%
