2.6 MAGNITUDE EARTHQUAKE HITS BORDER BETWEEN ARMENIA AND NAKHIJEVAN

A 2.6 magnitude earthquake hit Armenia-Nakhijevan border, 24 km
south-east of the town of Vedi at 01.09 local time on December 9,
National Seismic Protection Service of Armenian Emergency Ministry
said.
The earthquake’s hypocenter was located at a depth of 10 km. The
tremors were measured at 3 in the epicenter, Emergency Channel
Information Center of Emergency Ministry said.
