A soldier Hayk Movsisyan, he had been drafted to the NKR Defense Army
before imprisonment, hanged himself at Shushi penitentiary on November
28, Zhoghovurd newspaper writes quoting the soldier’s mother Heghine
Petrosyan. She said that her son was exempted from military service
and had a military registration card signed by the Defense Minister
of NKR. Afterwards, Hayk Movsisyan underwent treatment in Moscow and
was detained on his arrival at Zvartnots Airport. He was told that he
had been wanted by the police. Movsisyan was delivered to the military
unit of the NKR Defense Army, which is more known as “Hostel”. Soon
after he was arrested as a military absentee and imprisoned. Later
on November 28 Movsisyan hanged himself at the penitentiary.
